仕事内容•Day-to-day contact with business / IT / vendor partners and participation in committees and project teams
•Traffic managing, planning and managing Innovation projects, including innovation concept, planning, and prototype development, piloting, software acquisition, integration, development, testing and implementation
•Working in project and “swat team” of highly capable, deep technology experts
•Engage with Strategic Initiatives that are transformational in nature to embed delivery excellence, particularly where experience with advanced or newer technologies is key to the project’s success
•The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating targeted innovation across national and regional constituencies to ensure innovation are delivered and perform effectively for all stakeholders
•Serve as consultant on small projects (proof of concepts or pilots), helping to determine the requirements that need to be included in a technology solution.
•Collaborate with IT and business groups to ensure appropriate engagement and contribution to projects
•Communicate to key stakeholders on project status and other relevant issues of interest and influence to their business areas
•Works collaboratively with the Innovation team, supporting the team’s work and proactively contributing to team’s goals
資格Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
必要な経験・スキル【Position Requirements】
・B.S. degree in computer science or related technical and or interactive fields, or equivalent experience. Master’s level graduate degree and/or M.B.A. preferred
・Demonstrated experience in successfully managing multiple projects. Ability to work across complex organizational innovation involving national and regional stakeholders. Strong relationship management skills. Ability to influence technology and design direction and decision-making process as well as delivery of expected results
・Technology experience preferred, including knowledge of Omni-Channel devices and touch-points
・Strong collaboration skills and ability to recognize key stakeholders and advocates of innovation
・Experience, and comfort, working with and engaging colleagues and professionals across all aspects of business including, but not limited to: IT professionals, marketing, strategy, operations, facilities managers, external vendors, executive leadership and media professionals
・Desire to learn how technology can help our clients
・Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
・Self motivated with high sense of pride in quality work and attention to detail ・Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead, inspire, and nurture teams with direction, vision and planning
・Passion for design and ability to effectively share your point of view and expertise with project team members and clients
・Strong results orientation, seeking creative processes and solutions that support desired outcomes
・Comfort with IT and business approaches, agilely partnering across functional areas
・IT-savvy and curious, eagerly exploring new technologies and their potential
・Experience managing several small projects simultaneously
・Experience developing project requirements preferred
・Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
・Experience with design thinking a must
・Strong customer service and experience orientation
