仕事内容・HR Generalist Activities(40%)
Responsible for providing a comprehensive generalist HR service
・Strategic Workforce Planning(15%)
With support from with the Lead International HRBP/Functional HRBPs support the creation of a talent road map to enable the organization achieve its strategy
・Leadership and Management Development (10%)
Support leaders in building a strong leadership pipeline
・Change Management(10%)
In collaboration with Lead International HRBP and Functional HRBPs where applicable, enable leaders to effectively manage change
・Organizational Effectiveness & Culture(10%)
Getting the best performance out of the organization, in collaboration with Lead International HRBP
・Performance & Rewards(15%)
Ensure robust practices that link performance and reward are embedded with support from International Lead HRBP:
資格N/A
必要な経験・スキル•working knowledge of in country employment legislation and cultural practice-Essential
•Experience of handling local Employee Relations issues – Essential
•Comprehensive use of the English language, verbal and written - Essential
•Demonstrated experience working in an international matrix organization – Essential
•Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience working in a generalist, recruitment, or employee relations capacity
•Minimum of 3-5 years of generalist HR advisor/management experience
•Experience in pharmaceutical industry - desirable
•Bachelors' degree required, or local equivalent - desirable
•Demonstrated experience of supporting change management activities - desirable
•Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry experience - desirable
給与10mil-15mil
勤務地Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
勤務時間・残業9:00-18:00(1h break)
