仕事内容/Sales Excellence/
 Develop, lead and manage sales lead generation activities through multiple sales channels
 Lead and support sales pursuits in Japan, including tailoring sales processes to local office style and culture as appropriate
 Deliver sales results through by adhearing to established sales processes and activities and as directed by the regional HRT sales leader
 Advise Japan and regional HRT leadership on marketing efforts in Japan, including determining how to best position our products both internally and externally
 Maintain timely lead tracking, reporting and knowledge sharing of wins and losses
 Maintain first-hand knowledge about all of our products and services and key competitors’ strengths, weaknesses and selling tactics
 Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leaders and Product Owners globally to guide the development of our offerings
 Participate in internal and external speaking and vendor demonstration events to generate leads
 Assist in developing intellectual capital for standardized sales and marketing collateral such as:
o Sales presentations and templates
o Content for our website and intranet site
o Demonstration scripts and content

 Work with clients to understand their businesses and identify how our technology solutions can measurably impact business results
 Though an unquestioned adherance to ethics and the passionate representation to clients of our unique market value (integrated technology and consulting solutions), ensure that the solutions we provide to our clients are timely and impactful
 Develop relationships with client contacts through constant communication and efficient quality execution of projects
/Financial/
 Generate profitable revenue by collaborating with Regional LOB Leaders and local offices to:
o Educate other Japan associates about all of our products and services including, high-level selling points and how to spot opportunities
o Identify and prioritize opportunities (including potential cross-over opportunities for related services delivered by other practices)
o Develop client pursuit teams and proposals to win new business
o Work with the Client Delivery team to ensure we scope and price opportunities appropriately
/People/
 Ensure appropriate hand-off to client delivery team through effective communication of sales process, scope and deliverables, as well as client relationships
資格An undergraduate degree is required; Advanced degree preferred
必要な経験・スキル Extensive sales experience in the software business
 Sales experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) field, such as HRMS, talent management software, payroll, HR outsourcing, and/or workforce management technologies is preferred
 Consultative sales experience and/or experience with talent management and rewards solutions is preferred
 Native Japanese and strong English language communication skills
 Proven strong client network across our target markets and companies in the region, generating and growing revenue, especially networks with key managers of IT department in Japanese global companies
 Track record of generating high quantity and quality leads for software sales and related services in Japan
 Strong record of achievement of individual sales goals (at least USD2 million per year)
 Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
 An executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
 Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organisation
