仕事内容/Clients/
 Deliver superior, consistent project management for multiple, marquee clients:
・Write proposals involving multiple workflow streams and client teams
・Direct sales
 Ensure the progress of the project against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
 Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues
 Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
 Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services
 Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Senior Leadership and Client Relationship Managers
/Excellence/
 Provide valued-added consulting expertise on large sophisticated projects
 Ensure compliance with Professional Excellence processes and standards
 Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of employee survey programs
 Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
/Financial/
 Meet sales revenue and billable hour goals as described by manager
 Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team
 Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships
 Directly contribute to clients’ success through applying your technical expertise
 Create accurate project budget/costing and ensure delivery within budget
/People/
 Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
 Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
 Serve as mentor to project team associates
資格Graduate degree: MBA or PhD in the behavioural or social sciences, I/O psychology or OD is strongly desired.
必要な経験・スキル A strong consulting background with proven track record of business development
 Demonstrated hands on experience designing, interpreting and reporting organizational surveys.
 Experience in providing organisational development interventions will be a plus
 Strong stand-up presentation skills required
 Demonstrated success or strong evidence to support new business generation
 Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
 An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to the Executive Board and Senior /Management/
 Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity
 Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
 Strong analytical and creative skills
 Enjoy training/mentoring junior staff
 The ability to see the "big picture," leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challenges
 Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word
 Interest and ability to travel globally and foreign language skills desirable
給与8-10M+Bonus
