|仕事内容||・Work with partners to develop & gain approval to strategic/operational plans designed to achieve aggressive business growth and financial Performance targets.|
・Lead timely communication and alignment with partners.
・Track reporting and governance
・Manage development and implementation of efficient tracking system
・Manage MBR and other reporting/communication
・Manege key events, visitors, and other occasions in place of GM as necessary. Maintain strong relations with partners.
・Improve sales capability of snack sales organization with commercial/sales team
・Lead continuous growth of global accounts in Japan by working closely with local account managers and global Key Account team.
|必要な経験・スキル||・Postgraduate management degree with specialization in business administration or other related disciplines|
・5-7 years sales and strategic planning or related work experience
・Cross functional experience-successful management of expectation/relationship at multiple levels
・FMCG experience, experience in food business is a plus
・Franchise Management(e.g. licensing, Joint Venture, or other operation model)
・Strong business partner mindset, good commercial understanding and strengths in communication skills
・Strong analytical and conceptual skills
・Good attention to detail and comfort in getting hands dirty
・Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills
・Ability to facilitate and lead communication sessions with ease
・Comfort in operating in a matrix setup(commercial and functional reporting)
・Understands the basic competencies related to FMCG talent in Sales, Finance
