仕事内容・To produce individual offers and benefits negotiated with vendors into sellable packages with the input and assistance of the local business development team, creating and updating sales collateral for each suite of offers and benefits, namely the wellness package/wellness club, dining package/dining club, adventure package/adventure club, gift programme.
・Create production-quality brochures, web pages, fliers, newsletters, working with local vendors, mostly in Japanese but sometimes in English in conjunction with the Global Team.
・Ensure the best possible supplier base is in place to enable us to continuously deliver on our corporate customer’s requirements.
・Develop and manage relationships with your specific contacts, to not only have in mind the delivery requirements of a benefit/offer for a corporate customer but to consider the impact on our concierge member’s needs.
・To continuously maintain relationships with supplier during a benefit/offer period to ensure we are nurturing an ongoing relationship for any future partnerships
・Increase company's brand awareness in delivering member benefits and offers so that we maintain a significant point of difference and competitive advantage in the eye of our corporate customers and members, to retain existing contracts and support winning new business.
- Full responsibility for the contracts and relationships with your suppliers
- To monitor performance of partnered suppliers and ensure they delivering a consistently highquality service
- Monitor redemption and demand of a product/service to understand the customer base you are delivering to. Based on this continued understanding make improvements to benefits/offers presented to the corporate client monthly
- To be continuously aware of competitors and what they are delivering to ensure we are always one step ahead in the market.
・To work closely with and effectively communicate to accounts managers and the sales team to ensure you are delivering requirements for all corporate contracts within agreed deadlines
・To work with the Member Benefits team to improve efficiency by continuously developing a centralised supplier network detailing the key benefits and offers previously generated, which could then be recycled for future contracts or for concierge users
・To work closely with other Supplier Managers across the business to ensure you are fully aware of all best practice for each department to ensure we are consistently implementing the same procedures
・To innovate, identify and propose new strategies, suppliers, marketing campaigns so that you are playing an active part in developing our global member benefits and offers strategy to make a big impact on the growth of new corporate contracts as well having an impact on member satisfaction and supplier revenue across concierge
資格
必要な経験・スキル【Skills and previous experience】 ・A product or sales management role that has experience in procuring benefits and offers, contract management and negotiation in a Japanese domestic B-to-B corporate environment.
・Ability to arrange, conduct, and lead business meetings in Japanese.
・ Knowledge and command of Japanese business protocol, even with C-level and decision makers of partner firms.
・Ability to manage the partnership sourcing and negotiation process, and to finalise contractual terms and conditions with a Japanese corporate entity.
・Broad working knowledge of key suppliers and potential partners in Japan in various lifestyle industries (wellness, travel, retail, sport, ticketing, overseas education)
・Can demonstrate a direct influence on significant revenue growth achieved through your own programme of product development and supplier procurement.
・Can demonstrate experience of working within a customer-lead industry and strives to continuously deliver excellent customer service.
・Publication and product documatation, and sales collateral development and production experience.

・Great people skills; you can demonstrate the ability to influence and persuade seniors and colleagues in other departments, and will be recognised as a helpful, supportive and effective colleague particularly during busy or high pressure periods for the business.
