仕事内容●Go-to-Market Strategy:
Help drive overall go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for solutions consisting of our products and services across Japan.
●Solution Messaging/Positioning:
Evolve our global content to deliver high impact and differentiated solution positioning and messaging.
●Campaigns:
Develop and deliver campaigns to generate leads and grow revenue, leveraging global content where applicable. Ensure our Japanese website content is optimized for local market needs.
●Business Cases:
Create business cases and strategies for product capabilities required to meet local customer needs. Gather and analyse data and prioritize market trends and direction, incl. reporting such insights into global product teams.
●Competitive Intelligence:
Develop informed point of view on where local competition is headed or will emerge (and why) and how to beat the competition
●Buying/Sales Cycle:
Blueprint buyer’s journey and map buyer decisions / information needs at each stage.
●Solution Launches:
Help drive local solution launch planning. Coordinate launch activities and provide guidance to the cross-functional launch team. Work with local sales leadership to develop strategies to target accounts and generate sales leads for solutions.
●Sales Tools:
Help develop and deliver high-impact sales tools such as collateral, presentations, case studies, demos, competitive positioning, etc.
●Sales Training:
Localise and deliver key sales training materials covering industry trends, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
●Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on solutions in support of marketing programs, press and analyst relations in the region.

必要な経験・スキル●You have ~7 years of total work experience, preferably working within product marketing teams at a software firm and/or have experience with a top-tier strategy or energy consulting firm
●You’re high-horsepower, hyper-analytical and creative in your thinking; you have an ability to distil complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways, and communicate them verbally or through strong written communication
●Preferably, you have experience with the utility industry and/or energy efficiency
●You are a skilled presenter with experience presenting to senior executives. You have a passion for accurately communicating complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways
●You have experience or exposure to the energy, clean tech, or enterprise software sectors, and are excited about the intersection of energy + technology
●You are a pragmatic and practical self-starter; an outcomes oriented person who can juggle multiple work streams, loves to problem-solve and can efficiently drive a collaborative process
●You are an analytical yet creative thinker, and truly enjoy client-facing interactions
●You are comfortable working across geographically-dispersed teams
●You thrive on challenge, and take pride in being an excellent teammate
●You care about being a part of this double bottom line business
●You are willing to travel to support our sales team and clients
