仕事内容・Coach and work with Customer Satisfaction Ambassadors to maximize their impact against the customer satisfaction pillar.
・Own the process for complaint management
・Customer Satisfaction Training
・Driving business improvement by delivery monthly trends analysis and recommendations for service improvements to senior management
・Highest point of escalation for serious customer cares
・Delivering monthly corporate reports
資格Business level English(TOEIC800~)
必要な経験・スキル・Excellent phone manner
・Strong record in dealing with customer cares
・High level of time management ability, able to complete own work in an 8-hour day
・Consistent customer focus maybe passionate about the member
・Able to work with data / excel
・Good at dealing with difficult customers in an efficient and positive manner
・Influencing and teamwork skills 
給与5mil~
勤務地Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
勤務時間・残業9:00~18:00(60mins break)or
  10:00~19:00(60mins)
待遇Social Insurance
